Return & Refund Policy
Due to hygiene restrictions, all gel nail polish items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for personal color preference.

We only accept claims for damaged, leaked, or defective items within 7 calendar days after delivery. You must provide clear photos/videos of broken bottles, leakage, or quality defects for verification.

If your item arrives damaged:
1. Contact our customer service with proof images within 7 days.
2. We offer two solutions: free replacement or partial refund.
3. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days once we confirm your claim. We do not cover return shipping fees for defective goods unless agreed in advance.

Any products showing signs of opening, use, or contamination will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
